Returns Policy

All our ties are handmade in the UK to a very high standard and are individually checked before sending out.

If we do send you an incorrect or defective product, you must notify us within 14 days, and return to us within 28 days to receive an exchange or refund. Refunds or exchanges are not available for any other reason.

All items must be returned with its box and full contents to qualify for a refund or replacement.

If you need to return an item, please email us at Please include your order number and the reason for requesting an exchange or refund and we will provide you will a ‘returns number’ and details on how to return your bow tie.

Please note that if you require a refund, you will receive a full refund on the item and the original postage costs. You will not be refunded the cost of returning the item to us. Exchanges will only be sent on receipt of the returned item.

Refunds will be made using the same method as the original payment.

You will be advised of the return address when you receive your ‘returns number’.
